You can make it yourself with a retexture of the original. Change the hue of the orange until it's blue, then lighten/darken it if needed, and don't forget to add alpha. Import into Fable, assign textures to the models, add 10-20 glow to the alpha part and set it to enable alpha textures. There are bump maps, assign those too. You may even want to add specular maps, changing maxtexturelayers to 7 with both a bump and reflective map. Go with spec map 27, looks best.
