Reason 1 - I am the most frequent person visiting the forums

Reason 2 - I am scarily neat

Reason 3 - I want to be able to lock and delete my own topics so I can make "read only" mods of my own

besdies other reasons, theres the problem that people will get the idea in their heads that if you ask you can be a mod, and everyone will start asking
