Re: TUTORIAL: How To Use FreeRoam On Vista!
Spoilers, you will use them. As for your error, search, you will use it:You used a mod that made an edit to the FinalAlbion.wad. This means that FreeRoam cannot be used to dump the FinalAlbion.wad now, and you need to get a clean one off of your retail dis...

Re: Free roam and moding help needed
Welcome newcomer. We don't like to answer the same question hundreds and hundreds of times, so we implemented a search function to help people with problems like this. But as you've already made the post, I'll repeat my answer:

Re: Hi Who do i put .fmp filles in FE so i can put in my iventory
*Sigh* You could at least attempt to use English. To use an FMP: Open Fable Explorer Click "File" Click "Load Fable Mod Package" Find the file and double click it. Wait until it's loaded. Some FMP's can take a while. When done,...

Re: Freeroam error
The reason you're having problems with this is the same reason you're having problems with ChocolateBox. You used a mod with FE that edits the FinalAlbion.wad. The problem with this is that the FE-compiled FinalAlbion.wad can't be dumped with FreeRoam....

Re: Help please?
Unless you kept a backup, no. I think one of the other CHeroMorphDefs contains the same information as the one the Hero uses, you can export the data from that one, import into the now empty one. And that just gives it the default values, and still might n...

DarkenedSoul is right. If we did every little thing for others, not only would they not learn but we'd never be able to leave our computers. For future reference, there is another hero CREATURE entry, a teen hero, that has almost the exact same everythi...

Re: Can someone mail me the original data
We don't deal in original files. Put in your backups if you have them, copy from the disc if you don't, or in your case, I'd recommend a reinstall.

Re: Buff hero is too buff
I had a look and he is right. Your data folder is exacty the same as the data folder in disc one, which is incomplete. I think you looked in the file on the CD itself rather than the program files. Go to: C:\Local Disk\Program Files\Microsoft ...

It looks like the data folder was copied off of the disc instead of the game being installed. How did you accomplish that?

Re: NewItemPackV2 final version
Which one? For this one, just click OK after you've closed Fable to have FE regain control of the archives. This isn't an error. It is expected and it doesn't mean that something is wrong. For this one, learn to deal with it or get a No-CD exe. This i...

Re: Fable Explorer Doesn't Work!!
You don't need to "install" it. And it should work. Have you installed your fable game files like this?: local disc/program files/microsoft games/ fable the lost chapters?

Re: uninstalling a mod
Replace your game.bin with a backup that you probably didn't make or with the original off of your disc. If you can't figure that out, reinstall. And yes, the ones that you will make can be increased but not overdone spells. Read, read and read, then do.

Re: Hero As Female
A simple breakdown. All creature models have "bones". Creatures (in the game.bin, CREATURE entries) that have skeletal modifiers will either have a CHeroMorphDef (unless edited, only the hero creatures have this) or a CSkeletalDef, which dete...

Re: Child Bones
I didn't say "re-install." I never advise a reinstall, I usually say not to. Insert your retail disc #1, browse the contents. Find the bones, they'll be *.bncfg. Copy them, browse back to your ..\data\Bones folder. Paste. Done.

Re: Child Bones
No, it's not something done with FE. They are individual files. Don't ask us for them, you should already know that's against the rules. You can grab clean .bncfg files off of your retail disc #1.
