That appears to be a low res version of the file or an xbox version. Either way the doll textures can be exported using Fable Explorer.

If you have the PC version you will need to open textures.big, if you have the Xbox version you will have this file as a compressed .biz. You will need to decompress this to .big using Fable Tools and then open it with Fable Explorer.

The texures are named something along the lines of RIVAL_HERO_DOLL or HERO_DOLL_ I believe.
