i got fable explorer and several different mods and once i load a mod and start the game its says cant find splash.exe or somthing and when the game starts i notice no difference

The splash.exe problem has been posted about numerous times a search would have told you that it's fine to ignore this and carry on.
Are you actually spawning the items you're adding to the game ? The weapons etc don't just magically add themselves to your inventory you know. A search would have told you this as well.
There is nothing in the Void.
