Allright, I finished the Extended childhood mod. What it does is give you the option of taking an alternate story path in the beginning after Oakvale burns. Basically, you will be thrown to Darkwood Weir (as a child) and have to make your own way to the guild. The sign will be in the guild right after Whisper first wakes you up (its the only way I could get it to work).

Anyway thats the basic jyst of it. Much more info in the readme file so make sure you check that out. I'm a bit to tired to go into a big explination =P. Enjoy!

[moderators note]
The original mod was lost, but jw2200 made a new version:

I did not know what this mod entailed, but it seems simple enough.
I changed the Guild to include a signpost that will let you teleport to Darkwood Camp after the scene where Whisper wakes the hero. The teleporter will work after training too.
The two things I saw that should be mentioned are that my game crashed when trying to use the Bower Stone teleporter and any clothing you "acquire" will be lost when you become a teen.
Potions, food, gold, trophies, fishing rod, keys were all still there after training.

Make a back up of these two tng files:
HeroGuildComplexInside.tng-the signpost added and a rug removed.
Darkwood_7.tng-use this only if you want some red meat in the chest with the Steel Axe(in case of low health).

Then download these and paste them to the FinalAlbion folder:

Not unless you know how to mod an XBox, or if the format for the saves for the PC and XBox are the same, in which it would be maybe, maybe possible.

I kinda doubt the origional would work. It may to a degree, but several things would make it crash.

Besides, if it was able to work with the origional Fable, then we would be able to use old Fable saves with TLC.

Actually, this did work for the XBox. I just tested it out to make sure. It is a good mod by the way. The only problem i encountered was that i tried to use the cullis in Bowerstone Slums to go to the Heros Guild. I figured it would have frozed since i didnt have the Guild Seal. But, it does work, and you can go into the picnic area before you go to the Heros Guild. I think im gonna put tons of beer in a chest and drink up as a little kid and maybe record a vid of it. Great mod.

Great job, I always wanted some extended munchkin time to give out some pint sized beatdowns! This tends to fit in the world a lot better than manually toying with my hero's skeleton.

All you have to do to get this to work on an xbox (needs to be modded and assuming you extraced your FinalAlbion.wad to a folder) is put the files in the FinalAlbion folder. You can do it with the FinalAlbion.wad by inserting them with Fable Tools. Since there arent any TLC dependent factors being used in this mod it works just fine with the XBox.

Resistance is futile....
