No I did not remove them. I plan on tweaking them until I can realistically simulate Health visually and then remove the health bar.

For Fable Harsh.

I implemented bruising.
I made Scars more prominate and heal slower than the 10 seconds they were set to... So they'll stay nice, bright, and red, much longer now.

What more needs to be done? The original was broken in some way. At least from what I was told.

Well that really depends on if I ever figure out what the first unknown in the skin effects does. The one that equals 1 for the head and 6 for the body. Yet all the hits seem to effect a random area anyway so I can't assume it's hit location. Neutral

I tried looking for textures on the health and manabar. I found the actual health and mana bar textures, but not the red and blue that fills them in.

Where should I be looking if I want to take out the health and mana bars completely? Just trying to help this cause...

Found them, thanks.

GUI_WILL_BAR_RISE-806
GUI_HEART_HEALTH_UP-808
GUI_WILL_BAR_CHUNK-1028
GUI_WILL_BAR_DEFAULT-1027
GUI_WILL_INCREASE-1029

But I want to know...would deleting the entry data make it not work?

And then of course I would just edit the textures for the health bar itself.

Each of those GUI effects will reference a texture ID in them. SHould be able to pull it up using Silver's effect viewer.

At the moment you can't kill them off at the source. Which would be in the game.bin and frontend.bin because we haven't got some necessary code setup to add them into the xml.

If I get a chance I'll try to hack something together I suppose.

A hour or two real time? Sleeping doesn't effect scar healing rate. And saving and loading seems to heal all scars. At least in my game it does. But I have all scripts turned off.

It seems to me he/she had a good reason to bump this thread; the mod is gone. Bumping threads isn't always a bad thing, you know...

And as a point of interest this is linked by Fable: Harsh. I personally would love to see it put back up. As I popped up around here to late have a look at it.

Maybe if we ask blue real nice? Please?
