Need Some Help With Changing Hero! [message #20094]

Heey,

I was planning to make a mod by turning my hero into a Bowerstone School Child! Very Happy

This must be possible. 'Coz other people did it with lady grey! I have to turn the files.. But how? Somebody wanna help me?
NOTE: Can I do it by changing the names: So, Hero Becomes CREATURE_BS_VILLAGER_BOY , and the child become: CREATURE_HERO??

all you need to do is find the model of the kid you want to play as and swap it with creature_hero oh btw use fable explorer to do this i hope this helped

Uuhm.. Okay, BUT,

How do I swap them? 'Coz you can't 'Cut and Paste' them.. So how do I do this??

There is an entry for mesh id in each creature. You just need to change the one in hero to that of the creature you want to be.

Be aware that in the majority of cases there will be weapon sheathing issues and some animations may not work.

I Tryed it.

But the problem is, if I change the ID's (I Change the ID from Child unclothed to Hero) the game chrashes! Somebody know the problem? (I now have to REINSTALL (again) the game, 'Coz i set everything to Default, but it wouldn't help Crying or Very Sad
