I'm new to the forums and modding Fable so first, Hello.

I have a problem with FE, whenever I "Save mods and Run Fable" it either it freezes or it come sup with a warning saying "Windows can not find 'Splash.exe' Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, then click search."
I'm not sure if thats the problem or not.

This is absolutley normal. This is what SHOULD happen...happens to everyone. just click 'ok' on the window saying cant find splash.exe. Fable should then load up

But the mods that I loaded do not work or show up.
