how do you stop your character from aging? what files do you have to remove or replace to prefent them from aging past 20

Well there is plenty of mods to stop you from aging, but I don't know how to stop it the effects, all I know how to do is change the oldest you can get (i.e instead of 65 I make it 30) but I don't know if that will stop the effects too.

as long as i still look 20 its all good, how do you set your final age as 20?
