Hej im new here and have finished a mod for all they hate (ore don't like) the union jack as trousers of the hero^^ it's a recolor and simple black it looks good at the hero^^
for changes (color ore something...) or if something doesn't work pm me (iv'e tested it and it works and the backup is first if it doesn't work only load it)

The texture for the underwear is the same as the texture for the player's legs. So if the legs are messed up it's likely that the texture is corrupt. It appears that the preferred way of distributing retextures is with a different format, less buggy, but this user opted to use the FMP. When I get a little bit of time I can post a non-bugged fix for you.

Okay, first off, necropost. Check the dates for the last post on any given thread before replying. If it's been at least a month, make a new thread in a different section. In this case, the section you'd want to put it in is General Mod Discussion.
Anywho, your problem is because the creator of the retexture made it an .fmp instead of a mergeable .big. FMPs work wonderfully for making new texture entries, but corrupt textures like all hell if you're retexturing.
Try applying the fmp again a couple of times, if that doesn't fix it, save the texture as a png file, then reapply it manually using DXT-3 and alpha-1.
Read the site rules, as well as individual thread rules, stickies and announcements, and use search, or you will have smartassy or exasperated ownage rained down upon you by the site's crack team of mods and admins. Also, you can find all you need to get started on modding here.
