i wanna make a teleporter in every city so that i can fill my request tell me what you do i know you go to villiges right someone give me a tutorial please

You can't really do it with Fable explorer, all you can do with FE is export TNGs from the wad and reinject them once your done with them. You can edit the TNGs with notepad, or you can unpack the WAD with freeroam and use Albian Explorer.

so theres no way to make a .fmp so that you have all teleports

I thought you meant make new teleporters to a specific location. As for activating all the teleporters in the game...I don't know. Sorry.

I believe it's hardcoded. And making new teleporters screws up gameflow. Try looking through OldBoy's newbie post, it's stickied somewhere. It has a bunch of helpful guides.
