ok so this is a new legendary hammer called nerveshatter, those of you who have played tes 4 oblivion shivering isles expansion may recognise it from the end of the main quest line, the weapon duchess syl wielded. so dl the fmp and have some funnnnn... nnnn.

hmm strange, well ive been having some fe problems it may be that it decided rename stuff again in which case open your fe and make sure it links the right model and such

That ice weapon looks much better. You should still take off those spikes on the sides though just to see what it looks like.

Apparently I was wrong. The alpha does look nice. Maybe add a 10 percent glow to it too.

the one i ported, i shrank to be a bit smaller than the normal greathammers

ok yeah sorry for this other bad necropost but again i thought that i should let everyone know how to fix the bumpmapping on this weapon, the correct texture is included in the fmp and linked to the weapon a number just needs to be changed

open the weapon mesh in fable explorer then open the materials tab and look at the mesh layer for the hilt of the hammer, change the entry labelled texture layers from 5 to 3, this should enable the correct bumpmapping

=[ still no ice Nerveshatter? Its amazing. It would definitely be the weapon of choice for me. I took the original one and re-textured it purple, I dunno I just don't really like the orange. I mean, I understand the original Nerveshatter is orange in Oblivion I'm just not an orange kind of guy =P. But yeah they both look amazing, the ice one looks really amazing.

You can make it yourself with a retexture of the original. Change the hue of the orange until it's blue, then lighten/darken it if needed, and don't forget to add alpha. Import into Fable, assign textures to the models, add 10-20 glow to the alpha part and set it to enable alpha textures. There are bump maps, assign those too. You may even want to add specular maps, changing maxtexturelayers to 7 with both a bump and reflective map. Go with spec map 27, looks best.

I've already done all of this stuff.. I've even redid the texture for the crystals because I didn't like the original texture it looked almost like a solid color in game. I know how to do all that, just not how to make it tranparent.
