Any chance of a death grip style spell? I don't know how it'd work, but you already have the animation for the victims part, from Infernal Wrath.

Oh. Would it be possible to alter the holy equivalent of Infernal Wrath (can't remember what it's called) so that it affected a single target with no cast time or light patterns, and keep Infernal Wrath?
