I run on a system with 2 gigs of ram. And the wld I posted gives me no framerate problems.
As for fences, walls, boulders. Those are script objects that can be removed.
Once I finish working on internal stuff I'll be redoing a lot of areas for Fable Harsh.

The only problem with that being that alot of quests are region specific so removing certain regions could cause issues with quests.
