Hi,

What happens when i extract level data (patched) with FreeRoam? Which data is patched? I know it is in the .lev files, but what exactly is patched?

It sets them all to 0. Essentially making every part of the map walkable. This is also why the entire area is white when you go to edit the walkable area in Albion Explorer.

what if you do level, unpatched?

edit:

does it keep loading times, so that you can play it normal, just put your own stuff in, or does it still get rid of loading times?

edit: just thought I'd let you know I figured it out the day after posting this.

Rename or remove the .wad file otherwise nothing is changed.

You must've missed step 7 then. Glad it works now though.
