it would have to be divided in multiple tatoo cards, because there are some on the face, arm and body

But, if Will was high enough, isnt there some mod to make the tats you get glow orange/yellow instead of blue?
then just have a tatoo that gives you black skin

Nevermind, forget that.
If anyone makes this, could They also do anoother with Red markings instead of yellow?
