Problem with Fable Explorer. [message #34985]

I've spent 2 hours trying to figure this out. Searching through posts and wiki. So here's the problem:
I can't get Fable explorer to work. When I open it, there is a "beep" sound and the picture in the middle overlaps all open programs. Everytime i try to press "file" or anything like that, the "beep" sound appears and nothing happens. I can't close fable explorer or click on anything...
Btw, I have downloaded the required files listet on wiki.

Please help, I really wan't this to work... Sad
