BMPs support alpha, but this particular BMP doesn't have an alpha channel.
Math segment removed. I swear I can't do any friggin' math this past week.
But yea, this bitmap is 24 bit (3 bytes per pixel), RGB, no alpha.
Bitmaps with an alpha channel are 32 bit (4 bytes per pixel), ARGB I think, and have a larger filesize.

| Heh, I missed this post. Okay, that's actually the original model that has that abnormal black hair stuff going on.
With alpha, and without alpha.
It might be easier to save the original texture again and make edits to that rather than re-add an alpha channel to a texture without one.
