An easy way of finding out where the flora textures are would be to look at a model entry for a tree, flipping to the materials tab, click an item on the list and you'll find a texture ID number labeled "Base Texture ID". Landscape stuff should be labeled in the textures.big as "LANDSCAPE_SOMETHING_OR_OTHER".
