I downloaded one of Bluetooth weapons
(only the .fmp, is that all i need to download?)
but i don't know how to get my character to wear it, or where to put it Confused

could i have some help?

For the mod, yes, to use the mod, no. You need Fable Explorer to use it. Boom.

Try reading under where it says "Loading a Fable Mod Package (FMP)" where the very simple instructions for loading a Fable Mod Package are.

And yet another "help meh" thread by yet another person who hasn't bothered to try and figure this stuff out on his own.

Quick tips:
Make sure none of your Fable files are read-only.
If you're on Vista, click here.
Make sure none of your files are in use when you try to use Fable Explorer (don't run it while playing Fable).
If you still get the error, restart and try again.
