Is there any possible way of importing .ms3d (Milkshape 3d) files into 3DS Max?

Dunno, but you can export from milkshape in a lot of formats, and milkshape is free, so.... http://chumbalum.swissquake.ch/ms3d/index.html

Isn't it only only a trial you can download?

I believe so. 30-day trial and $25 to buy if I remember correctly.

But that doesn't mean you can't ask someone else who has Milkshape to do something for you, I'm sure someone will help seeing that it's as simple as exporting to another format.
