The New Fabled Ravrn

Can someone swap the hero's bones (the teen hero, and adult) with
the child's bones please? Or could you tell me how?

If this requires a 3-D program (blender, etc.) then i can't do it,
i don't have any and i suck at modeling. Could you still do it?

Any help would be great, thanks.
