Also important is in what order you installed them.

Get rid of the bitmap, it's 2.25 megabytes and takes much too long to load. Not only that, but you put it on forum space, this is a big no-no. Use png/jpg/gif and upload it somewhere else like Image Shack or Photo Bucket.

Intended result is something like this:

My image is 0.11 megabytes, that's 20 times smaller than yours, and will load 20 times faster. You'll notice the images are otherwise exactly the same, just different format.
