Need help importing FMP files into the game [message #43283]

I've been trying very vigourously to import a file for health and mana into my game,i had it going good until i had to use system restore to a couple of days ago then i had to reinstall fable,when i was editing the health and mana back to the way it was a couple of days ago i screwed up and now my health and mana are always at like 30 and that would be a problem with godmode but then the guildmaster is always saying"Hero your mana energy is low...whats that?" and its extremely annoying so i found a mana and HP file on this site which is attached below but i cant figure out how to import it,can anyone tell me a simple program and a small tut on how to import fmp files please?

If that is the mod YOU downloaded, post a link. Someone could
take this the wrong way if that's the first thing they see.

You don't import it, you load it in FE and run Fable.
