Is it possible to change the color of the physical shield from blue to red?
if so could someone tell me how?

It's simple enough. Get a texture editor, edit the texture for physical shield from a blue to a red one.
Although i may be wrong.
But search for it.

its not that way simple.. did you ever founded a texture of the Spysical shield ? .. Right 
probably this cannot be done,,

Aye, but only because those textures are not supported by FE. It is possible, however, to switch out the textures, by either doing a texture-swap or by manually editing the effects (and yes, this is doable).

JohnDoe, is it possible to change the effect to that of the Electrocuted Effect? Since you can change the colour of the electrocuted effect in Fable Explorer, it seems the best option.
