Im on my way to making a weapon and wanted to know what you think heres a shot of the weapon in blender its the sword from halo Razz

The model itself looks fine. Throwing Halo weapons into Fable is something that I object to though.

I'd suggest using punching animations for it, and even though it'd look weird, it won't be as weird as if you were trying to swing it as a normal sword.

blender, or 3ds max, but blender is free, and 3ds is thousands of dollars so...

You could try actually looking for it.
Here, be more self-sufficient next time please.
In search of a picture of a blender, I found the actual Blender being discussed first, so it's not exactly hard to find.

Visit the blender wiki - it seems hard but it's really intuitive to use once You learn it.

Here's an idea to satisfy all
make it in steel instead of plasma and it will look perfectly normal in fable as an assassin weapon of sorts
