You can edit cutscenes in ChocolateBox, open script.def and open one of the cutscenes, you'll see three tabs, named Mode n(1-3), each having a certain piece of the cutscene. To my knowledge you can't use the fsc files with ChocolateBox, because they are not broken down into modes and some of the information is different, so copying and pasting from the fsc to CBox wouldn't work.

You'll have to use the cutscene extractor/compiler for the reason mentioned above.
