if its a .fmp file, open fable explorer click 'file' then load fable mod package -> choose the mod.
then, click 'actions' then 'save mods and run fable'
if it isnt a .fmp file i can not help you

Well, i don't know how to do that. Next best thing is to just give yourself LOOOOAAAAADDDS of it. I'll show you how to do that if you want.

You're talking about a non-standard edit that someone made, I remember it in fact. I think it is an fmp file, only without the extension. What you can try is renaming it to add on the fmp extension, then use it with FE as you would with any other fmp. If that doesn't work, then it isn't an fmp and you won't be able to use it with FE anyway.

The edit doesn't give you infinite mana, it gives you loads of it, as DarkenedSoul suggested. This can be determined by the similar "infinite health" edit made by the same person, that gives the Hero loads of health, which has the noticeable effect of decreasing the size of the health bar.
