Have you used ChocolateBox before with a previous installation of Fable? If so, go to your Fable install directory, data\levels\ and look for these:
  • FinalAlbion.wad
  • _FinalAlbion.wad
  • FinalAlbion (folder)
Delete _FinalAlbion.wad and the folder labeled FinalAlbion. Run ChocolateBox.

What JohnDoe said.

Somethings not right in your level folder. If you uninstalled your files, and used the freeroam app or had a FinalAlbion folder there before, then they will still be there. Uninstallation on Fable only deletes what it recognizes.
