How to clone or mesh a new Sophia? [message #49298]

Well i tried to change mesh for the barmaid in Knothole and Bowerstone, but it's not working, i wanted to change them to Sophia form the Bordello, but i tried changing the mesh, and the eyes, as well as the first ID, and it's not working, sometimes i switch the eyes to Briars and it still does not work. I need some help here, there was a mod who made the barmaid in Oakvale into Lady Grey, and i want to do the same for Bowerstone, but it's not working, any help would be appreciated. I've tried with Fable Exlporer and Choclate Box.

How would i spawn a clone of her too? Is it possible to, and where would i put it, and what tools should i use?
