Hello, im working on a proyect, but i dont know to make some things.
1º_New Books and Tattoo Cards
2º_Custon Characters (i mean NPC's -EXAMPLE: Body Guards, Shopkeepers, etc)
3º_New Creatures (i saw then in other mods)

Hmmm.
Did you read the sticky in the subforum you just posted in?
I think you'll find a lot of answers there. Then there's also the wiki where you can find more info.
To be clear about this: read the damn stickies!
And put a little effort into it yourself before asking a question.
If 'we' see that you are actually trying to figure something out by yourself, but can't manage: we'll help.
As for making new stuff; just look at how others did it, and use their mods as templates, it's a good way to learn.
