I used the guild suit of the guy who does archery training. I overlaid his suit onto the regular apprentice suit, then cut it up some to make it work. It does not have the hood stripe though.

To merge it using FE:
right click textures.big and click merge big, and choose the saved big.
After it does its thing click Actions, Save Mods and Run Fable.
