I stricly said I DIDN'T add a new mesh, this adds a title and description, without one, or the other, it will fail.

And you're missing what I said about the MESH. I guess you gave the MESH it's own ID rather than making a new entry, or copying one as an .fmp and re-loading it in FE. This means it has its own ID rather than FE automatically giving it one, and that means possible future problems.
