Try re-uploading it as a mergable *.big file, it doesn't corrupt and ruin your hero that way.

DarkenedSoul has a guide to do this on every one of the recent texture mods, bless his heart.

You have to wait a little more than that before double posting to ask the same question. I don't know if there are any problems because I haven't tried it yet, but if you want to know if there are problems, just wait, and when somebody runs into a problem they'll let you know.
