i was wondering if we can change the max skill level cap .

I dont think that is possible, and even if it is, it will be very hard to do... instead, you can edit the effects and needed experience for each level

Yeah, well of course everything is possible, but not really... I doubt we could pull this off. But as Kelnor said, change the effects of each level.

yes you can
this set all NON magic levels to 14, but your goning to have to set an exp ammount<-to do this, open FE scroll down to HERO_STATS double click MAIN_HERO_STATS then scroll dwon in the window you just opened and find 33b4eds-statlevels scroll down untill level 7 physical and then the ones after it change the int experience cost to whatever pleases you =) do this for health, toughness, speed, accuracy, guile and will power (will power is at the bottom)
I HAVE TESTED!
EDIT-if it kickes you out when you load you profile, you're going to have to make a new one,and make sure to change level 8-13's exp requierment

It's the same procedure I believe, just in a different location. Now by mom12345670's description of how to do it, I'm not sure this would affect anything. It'd just give you higher levels, but that's it. Not sure it would display your level on the hero details in-game.
