Figured out a little about the .lug and .met files.
The .met is a table for all the files contained in the .lug.
Which is strange because there is another table of all the files
in side a lug at the end of the lug, oh well. There I still
need to figure out more about the file formats so I cannot
recompile lugs and mets... yet.
Here's a little tool to extract wav's out.
How to use:
place in your sounds dir
at the command line:
FableSoundParser <sound pack>
It will extract all the files in a folder named after the sound pack.
Say you want to extract Bordello.lug
Your command line would look like this:
FableSoundParser Bordello
The result would be all the files in bordello.lug extracted to a directory called Bordello.
All the wave's are in XBox ADPCM format. If you dont have it, you can find it on xbox scene with a little searching.
Almost forgot, this requires .NET to be installed.

THIS
is a much easier to use program, that will extract many kinds of files. Much better than this one.
