Strange question.
-> It depends on the creature.
-> You can see for yourself which CDefs a creature uses, in fact it's so easy to look up for yourself, why bother asking someone else?

Next to that, it doesn't matter much, since you never have to really think about this when you make a new creature.
You export the creatures entry data, import it in a new entry, and you're done; all the cdefs you need.
What you do need to think about is which CDefs you want to change, because you'll want to make new CDef entries for those.
