Why my mods don't work? [message #56397]

i tried Almost any mod each time i i do Sava and run
the game is kind of Clean nothing changed
I tried for HP,MP,Renown,Age,Skills Experience,Experience,Weapon Damage,Armor Rating well all what a noob can do with no help or almost i even tried Already Made Pack Like item pack V2.5

can someone help me thanks

Edit: forgot i am running on XP if it can change things
