Hi, I'm trying to do sound mods for TLC besides the music.
I'm using Win7 and I'm trying to install XBADPCM so I can at least open the extracted .wav files, but I can't find a way to get it to work. I installed the .inf file but that didn't do anything.

I don't like these kinds of posts, I'm either going to be impressed or very, very depressed. Let's start off simple - how are you extracting the WAVs?

Using Dragon unpacker, I know how to mod games, I just can't install this damn codec Sad

I am not impressed. Right-click the INF and click Install. Make sure it's someplace where it won't get in the way when you install it because you won't be able to move it afterward without uninstalling it. Try putting it in its own folder in 'My Documents'. Shouldn't have any problems that way.

Note that the Dragon Unpacker can't re-pack the WAVs into the MET files, so you'll have to find some magical way of doing that if you intend on editing the sounds.
