Fable Explorer Problem [message #56735]

Whenever I try to save my spawn item mods and run fable I get this message:
Access to the path'C:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Games\Fable-The Lost Chapters\data\levels\FinalAlbion.wad' is denied.
And whenever I try to add weapons I get:
Access to the path'C:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Games\Fable-The Lost Chapters\graphics\graphics.big' is denied.

And it won't start up fable. Help please?
