Makes your lamp brighter!

changes the values "InnerRadius" and "OuterRadius" in entry 12869 - (CLightDef) from 5 and 8 to 12 and 15. If you want it even brighter, raise the values together (keep them 3 apart--that seems to make it look normal).

Well done. I added a screen shot.

While the mod does affect an object, I think it belongs in the Definitions section, since it is a bin edit more than a new object.
