Thank you for your answer.

The folder where the text.big file is, is named "English". But when I open the text.big with Fable Explorer, I have one folder which is named "TEXT_FRENCH", something like that, and if I click on the +, I have all the files "TEXT_TITLE_...".
Those files are unknown by Fable Explorer.
