Be that as it may, you are getting a dependency error (0x8007007E). The DirectX SDK has an HRESULT error lookup tool, which says:
0x8007007E, module not found, is when the app looks for a DLL that it needs to work and doesn't find it, or it finds it and the DLL is just too old. So again, it's a dependency error and you don't have the prerequisites.| SolidSnake wrote on Sat, 03 July 2010 09:34 |

You still must take ownership of the files and you still have to run as administrator.
Why oh why do people still feel the need to take things I say and dismiss them as though I don't know what I'm talking about? Haven't I been right enough that people should believe me if I tell them that the solution is to jump up and down for ten seconds? Just trust me on this.
