Get cbox, click Editors, then Object Builder,
Select a Definition Type, =OBJECT
then a Template, =OBJECT_TATTOO-CARD_KHGWAR_CHEST_01 -or whichever body part.
Check the Cdef Name Override,
UNCHECK the boxes of CDefs you want to be created for the new Object/Weapon,
HUD_ICON_CARD_TATTOO thing is optional, it is how the card is shown in the inventory menu, new one not needed.
Enter a Base Name,
Click Create, Save on closing.
After that I prefer using FE to continue editing the new Object,
Open FE, scroll down to the OBJECT list,
Find your new tat card-around 14000 depending on mods.
Edit the cdefs that were created to how you want them,
Add the texture,
WEIRD PART-TextureID is tied to the CTattooDef, not the graphic entry.
Then make an fmp.
