Hello,

Here are the screen shots of my problems with these downloads.

cbox :

ShadowNet :

The ShadowNet file is just a ... file, but not a *.exe file, whats' the f*** ?
I don't understand why it doesn't work.

You need to extract cbox and get both downloads for shadownet and extract them.

Use chrome then.

I can't extract it, "unexpected end of archive" I can't get good dls for shadownet and shadownetsound...
This is a bug ?

jwc2200 told me to dl these with firefox, but the archive is still "dead", so I can't extract them normally.

I don't find what's the problem, but I can't get good files.

I often retry to dl those files.

Hmm, interesting. It's very interesting. From your screenshots, it looks like WinRAR is trying to read the files as if compressed with GZip. Problem with that is that those Zip archives use the very basic, simple, standard, generic Zip compression algo. Try opening them with the default Windows tool for Zips. Right-click|Open With>Compressed (zipped) Folders. That should work, but if it doesn't, I have another unzip tool you could use.

Hi,

I've tried with 7zip, and with the default windows tool for zips too.
It's the same f******g problem.
I'm fed up with this !
It's not the first time.

Every day I get another reason to hate you people. jwc2200 already told you to use a different browser. For reasons that I do not know, Internet Explorer has a problem with the site's downloads. So use something that isn't Internet Explorer. Try Firefox, Chrome, Opera, anything except Internet Explorer.

Ok, I've downloaded with FF, but, I told you that :

Quote:

jwc2200 told me to dl these with firefox, but the archive is still "dead", so I can't extract them normally
.
==> cbox was broken, so, I couldn't extract SN and SNS normally, even with FF.
Ok ?

Now, I have downloaded without any problem, I don't know why, but, at the first time, it didn't work.

So, thanks for your answer, and please, be calm.

EDIT : Other problem, if the downloads are good, the app don't work, cbox can't open the game.bin file, and shadownet stop working.
I'm not lucky...
I can't use cbox, SN, or SNS.

I've read the section concerning Vista/7, but, I don't find the problem.
I'll read again to see if I can resolve the problem.
