We have an ongoing and unresolved issue with downloads. For some reason, our site hates Internet Explorer. So, use FireFox, Opera, Chrome, anything else, just not Internet Explorer. Downloads should work correctly with other browsers.

-- Also, there's an unverified report that people using the very latest version of Internet Explorer with all the imaginable updates don't have this problem. If you really, really want to keep Internet Explorer, this is worth trying. Otherwise, change out your browser, it's a good thing to do anyway, Internet Explorer sucks at everything.

I have all of that. I'm on fiirefox. I have Windows 7. When it shows what program i want to download the mod from, I choose 7 zip File Manager. When I select that, then it shows unable to archive the file so I can't use the file. What am I supposed to do now?

Oh dear lord you're a douchebag. FMPs are not archives that one opens with 7Zip. Go read the New to Modding sticky in the tutorials section or something.
