| Download works for me. Clear your cache and try again. Make sure the downloaded file is 311785 bytes. If the problem persists, try a different browser and/or unpacking utility (I always recommend Firefox and 7Zip). You can also verify the download. Easiest (general public-friendly) way to do this is with ExactFile. Test the zip and see if you get the following for MD5: d639d28caac238ee3663545d60ff4144

But most people seem to do fine by just using a different browser. Firefox, Opera, Chrome.
