REQUEST! Tutorial on making textures that can be applied through Fable Explorer! [message #60582]

I REALLY need someone to teach me or to point me towards a tutorial on how to make textures like the attached picture.
I really need to know how to do this because I have spent days making a sword but I cannot apply textures. Plz help me?!
