There's also maya, but it costs an arm, a leg, a kidney, and your left nut as well.

Nor is it tolerated to do so.
If you want to make clothing for Fable I suggest you learn python and write better exporter for Blender.

Yes, but it's irrelevant. Exporters are plugins, which can be written in python and added. It's more of a closed-open source anyway.
